Participation Packets
In an effort to make the sign-up process for athletics easier, the SABCS Athletics Department has placed all required forms in one place. Please click on the button below to access all forms. If your child has a current physical, you do not need to complete another one until it is close to the expiration date. Please fill out all forms and return to the front office or directly to AD Redd.
All student-athletes are required to complete yearly online courses to participate in SCISA Athletics. Once you are informed of what courses you have to complete, you can click on the button below to access the NFHS website.
Banner Sponsorship Program
Do you have a business or do you know of a business that might would like to help support our great Student-Athletes? Our Banner Sponsor Program helps directly fund the Athletic Program. All funds help provide all of the sports programs that our students love. If you would like to help, please click on the button below to access our sponsorship form. Please fill out the form and return to our school front office and we will proceed with creating your banner to be displayed in the gym for the entire school year.
