Principal Position

Position Title:  Principal, PK - 12th 

Contract Term: Full-time; August 1 - July 31 

Salary: Commensurate with Education/Experience 

Supervisor: SABC School Board 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Master's Degree or higher and minimum of three year’s experience 

  • Demonstrated application and acceptance without reservation of the STATEMENT of FAITH 

 

Position Summary: 

The Principal should possess a strong desire to build a Christian community, a commitment to continuous learning, a passion for education, a strong leadership ability, and excellent communication and personal skills.  He/she should also set a Christian example with the school community and encourage spiritual growth. 

 

About South Aiken Baptist Christian School: 

South Aiken Baptist Christian School was founded in 1975 as a ministry of South Aiken Baptist Church.  As a private, Christian, college-preparatory school located in Aiken, SC, SABCS serves 250 students in grades 3k - 12th grades.  The school is divided into three divisions, lower school (3k-5), middle school (6-8), and upper school (9-12).  South Aiken Baptist Christian School's mission is to prepare each child for God's calling on his/her life by providing a biblically-sound, Christian education in a traditional school setting.
